• Personalised written reports based on your birth details
• Q&A sessions for deeper analysis
• One-on-one consultations with Margdarshaks (guides)
• Booking and scheduling of consultation sessions

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and birth details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment and Fees

Certain features of the Service require payment. All fees are displayed clearly before purchase. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Fees once paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy.

6. Nature of Astrological Content

The astrological reports and insights provided by Antarjyoti are for self-reflection and personal growth purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological). You should not make significant life decisions based solely on astrological readings.

7. Consultation Sessions

Booking a consultation session is subject to Margdarshak availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Sessions that are not cancelled within this window may be forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, and materials provided through the Service are owned by Antarjyoti and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfering with the operation of the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

Antarjyoti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Data Privacy settings in your profile.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
